The Hometown recipe for success

Chris and Bob wanted something special for their Hometown beers. Nothing overly “hoppy,” but it had to have a solid taste. Forget the nutty brown thing, or flashy marketing speak. They wanted something simple. Something good. A beer you can enjoy from the beginning of the night, to the end, with your buddies.

So, they traveled across the tri-state area (NY, NJ and PA) to parties, bars and gatherings, asking “hometown locals” what they really wanted in a beer. They had people sample dozens of different recipes and carefully tracked the results.

After about a zillion tries, rejects and fine-tuning, Chris and Bob finally had a distinct beer for each state. The people of the Empire, Garden and Keystone states have spoken!
